Description

Colombia El Indio is a natural processed coffee chosen for its big sweetness, fruit-forward notes and complexity.  We have a small quantity of this coffee available roasted for filter style brewing methods.

*This coffee may take longer to ship as we don’t roast it as often.

Around 80% of what these farms produce goes through natural processing, and it shows in how deliberate the process is. Cherries are hand-selected at peak ripeness, then laid out on raised beds or concrete patios to sun-dry, checked four times a day so the drying stays even, right through the region’s regular harvest-season rain.
