Description

Jaro Blend is our carefully tuned house favourite. Enjoy a flavour that shines with juicy berry notes, chocolate depth, and a refreshingly clean aftertaste.

Origin: Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia, Kenya, Tanzania 

Taste notes: Sweet and balanced with notes of red berries, milk chocolate, and a smooth, clean finish.

Espresso Recipe: 1:2 coffee-to-espresso ratio with a 25-30 second extraction.

Plunger Recipe: Use a 1:12 coffee-to-water ratio. 

1. Measure: Add 30g of coffee to your plunger.
2. Bloom: Pour 40ml of hot water (90-95°C) over the grounds, stir gently, and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
3. Brew: Add the remaining 310ml of water and let it steep for 4 minutes.
4. Plunge & Enjoy: Slowly press the plunger down and serve immediately.

Cold Brew Coffee Ratio:

• Strong Brew (1:8): 125 grams of coffee to 1 liter of water.
• Milder Brew (1:10): 100 grams of coffee to 1 liter of water.

Mix coffee and water in a jar, refrigerate for 12-24 hours, strain, and serve over ice. Enjoy!
